Monika Repčytė

My name is Monika, and I am a writer based in Vilnius, Lithuania. I write short stories and essays but also enjoy experimenting with other genres. 

I began writing at 14 for a local fashion blog fmag.lt and soon joined L'Officiel Lithuania as a contributor, focusing on fashion, art, and culture. My work has appeared in Lamų slėnis, Metal Magazine, Petrolicious, Standart (international and Japanese editions), Playground, paloma magazine, and other publications.

I studied history at the Paris 1 Panthéon-Sorbonne. In Paris, I covered Paris Fashion Week and developed my own writing projects, with additional work experience at Louis Vuitton and Galignani.

In 2020, I created a literary newsletter je lis trop, where I write about books and interview my favorite artists.
